Red House Peer Recovery Support Center

Join the recovery community: Offer support or seek support

What is a Peer Recovery Support Center?

A peer recovery support center is a peer-to-peer safe place for those seeking tools and resources to help with their addictions, both substance and behavioral.

It is a place that encourages and supports all paths of recovery and aims to further recovery growth, make new connections, rebuild trust, and build recovery capital or "global health" - emotional, mental, professional, environmental, spiritual, social and physical well-being.

It is a resource broker and waystation for those trying to establish a meaningful new way of life. It also aims to break the stigma of substance use disorder in the community.

November at The Red House 🍂

As the days grow shorter and the air gets crisp, we lean into what this season teaches us: slowing down, gathering close, and remembering we don’t walk this road alone. Recovery is built on connection, shared strength, and the simple grace of showing up for one another. November invites us to do just that.

This month, the Red House is offering a handful of grounding, restorative, and community-building opportunities. Whether you are brand-new to the center or have been with us since the beginning, you are welcome here — exactly as you are.

🌿 Upcoming Programs & Events

Community Meetings

Wednesdays, November 5 & November 19

A space to come together, share updates, and guide the shape of our recovery community. Your voice matters.

Sound Bath Healing Sessions

Thursday, November 7 & Sunday, November 24 at 5:00 PM

Allow vibration, stillness, and breath to settle the nervous system and open the heart.

Breathwork for Grounding & Release

Monday, November 3 at 5:00 PM

Learn techniques to calm the mind, regulate emotions, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

Friendsgiving

Friday, November 28 at 12:00 PM

A shared meal, a table of laughter, gratitude, and fellowship. Come as you are — bring a dish if you wish, or simply bring yourself. There is a seat here for you.

In this season of gratitude, we honor each person who walks through our doors.

Whether you are celebrating a milestone, holding on through a hard moment, or just taking one quiet step at a time — we see you, and we are glad you are here.

Calling all members!  This survey needs your attention by April 30, 2025.  It's totally anonymous, takes about 10 minutes, and it's the only one this year.

The state of MA and BSAS (Bureau of Substance Addiction Services) require all Peer Recovery Support Centers to have their members fill these out.  You can either open it in the link below or come use our computers.  Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey!
