Free Cuts for Recovery Postponed!
Seniel has the flu! 😒
We're going to try for next Wednesday.
A peer recovery support center is a peer-to-peer safe place for those seeking tools and resources to help with their addictions, both substance and behavioral.
It is a place that encourages and supports all paths of recovery and aims to further recovery growth, make new connections, rebuild trust, and build recovery capital or "global health" - emotional, mental, professional, environmental, spiritual, social and physical well-being.
It is a resource broker and waystation for those trying to establish a meaningful new way of life. It also aims to break the stigma of substance use disorder in the community.

Happy January, Red House community,
January invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to what steadies us. There’s no pressure here to reinvent yourself or start fresh in dramatic ways. At Red House, we believe that showing up—imperfect, honest, and connected—is more than enough.
This month’s offerings are designed to support nervous-system regulation, laughter, and shared presence. Whether you come to one program or all of them, your participation helps keep this space alive and meaningful for everyone.
January Programs:
Breathwork
Monday, January 5, 5:00 PM
A grounding start to the month. Breathwork offers a gentle way to reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and release what you don’t need to carry into the new year.
Game Night

Sound Baths
Friday, January 9, and Monday, January 19th | 5:00 PM
Two opportunities to pause, listen, and restore. Many people find returning to sound work deepens its impact over time.
Free Cuts for Recovery
Wednesday, January 28th, 1:00 PM
A small act of care can make a big difference. Free haircuts are offered to our members as part of our commitment to dignity, wellness, and support in recovery.
A Note on Community
Red House is a shared space, built on mutual care and participation. Programs like these happen because members show up—for themselves and for one another. If something here speaks to you, we hope you’ll join us.
January doesn’t ask for perfection. It asks for presence. We’re glad you’re here.
With gratitude,
The Red House team

November at The Red House 🍂
As the days grow shorter and the air gets crisp, we lean into what this season teaches us: slowing down, gathering close, and remembering we don’t walk this road alone. Recovery is built on connection, shared strength, and the simple grace of showing up for one another. November invites us to do just that.
This month, the Red House is offering a handful of grounding, restorative, and community-building opportunities. Whether you are brand-new to the center or have been with us since the beginning, you are welcome here — exactly as you are.
